No refunds will be given after production has commenced for change of mind. Prices shown on this website are in Australia Dollars ($AUD). All prices are subject to change & availability. For custom made products please confirm price before payment.

Proofs/Drafts (Custom Made Orders)
On receipt of your order, a draft will then be sent to you within a week by e-mail/message. Ensure you check through this thoroughly as once approved, this cannot be changed. We will allow 1 correction only during this proofing process prior to your approval. 2 or more amendments will incur additional charges.

Colour/Finish
Colours and design may appear slightly different to that displayed due to resolution differences. If our supplier is out of stock on any item, we will contact you to discuss other options.
Variances
As all of our products are made by hand and/or personalised individually, there may be slight variations between each product. We will however endeavour to make these as close as possible to each other.
When 'inspo pics' are sent we will do our best to get the design as perfect as possible however please note that 100% duplication is not always possible.
Errors with Custom Made Orders
Items which are not printed as per approval of proofs, will be reprinted at no cost to the client. Errors which have been approved through proofing process will need to be reprinted at the clients expense.

MCKCAW DESIGNS is not liable for any damages caused by third parties, we will always endeavour to select the safest postage option for each order. We will notify you of the postage charge when placing your order. Shipping is available within Australia only. Items are shipped from Campbelltown NSW.
